Rising Adventure is permitted to store your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose of ancillary. We may delete everything after a certain period of time.
Besides, we may not use your personal information while you are not in touch with us or not using our services for a long time. And if you wish to contact us, you need to disclose your personal things again.

Credit card security
Rising Adventure does not store your credit card details in any of our systems. We swipe your credit card in front of you and destroy the receipt bill after the completion of its procedures.
Besides, you may need to pay the advance amount from your credit card (Master Card/ Visa Credit Card) whilst making a booking. In such a condition, you need to fill out the form where you have to write the amount and for what purposes you are paying. The credit card details and signature are also mandatory for giving rights to us to withdraw the amount that you have paid. After the completion of the transaction, we inform you and even you get a message from your bank about the deduction of the amount. Then we delete your credit card details.
Please note that any payments via Credit/Debit card will incur an additional 3.5% toward surcharges by the Credit Card Company.
However, we are not allowed to use your credit card details without a filled form with your signature. So, it is safe and secure to use.
