It was a wonderful trip to Tilicho Lake. Rising Adventure managed our trip very professionally. Mr. Chandan, an owner himself kept in touch with us during the trek and motivated us to walk. He managed everything from top to bottom very well. Our guide, Bishal, and a porter, Dawa were very good. Bishal always encouraged and entertained us while we were walking. He is an experienced guide and his guidance is fabulous.

I honestly recommend to contact Rising Adventure if anyone is planning for a trip in Nepal.

An amazing experience trekking through Himalayan mountains with rich culture, definitely worth it - some parts from Chola Pass heading into Gyoko lake are difficult where having a guide is must. Rising Adventure (Chandan) and team is great to help plan a perfect trip - very flexible throughout the entire planning period as well as helping to adjust the itinerary on the fly while we were trekking to suite our needs. Our Guide (Hari aka Manish) and his team of Porter (Deepak and Bhimal) were very hospitable and knowledgeable with local information. Our guide Hari, on a daily basis, ensured we were in good health and always had a positive outlook. Highly recommend Rising Adventure, Chandan and his team - and ask for Hari as your Guide.

Excellent trek to Everest Base Camp and Gokyo with EBC. Our guide (Manish - aka Hari) and Sherpas (Dipak and Bimal) were excellent. They really catered to our needs and abilities. They were very understanding, knowledgeable, flexible, and fun to spend time with. Chandan was great at organizing our trip and helping plan activities in Kathmandu before and after the trip.

I had full attention of Mr. Chandan Thapa and his staff since the moment I arrived in Katmandu, including a welcome necklace of flowers, until the departure, when I received a typical nepali scarf as souvenir.

My friend and I went to short version of Poon Hill hike, just 2 days because we didn't have a lot of time. All communication with Rising Adventure was easy and they managed to provide us for a very good budget private hike to Poon Hill. Everything on tour went smoothly and guide Bishal was exactly want you want on tour! Nice leader who is taking care aboit everything in this easy going but beautiful and diverse hike! Hotel and food was included in the tour and it was excellent! Friend had some altitude sickness after arriving to Hotel. Bishal gived right advice and was taking care about him to rest before next day sunrise hike. He also want us to let him chack his condition during night, but it wasn't so bad condition, but a gesture was very professional. Early in the morning we start to hike without any problem and both of us hiked without problems. Sunrise was something unforgettable, and if you don't have a lot of time of energy, this is most effective and easy hike to see some of highest mountains in the world! After coming back to hotel we had very good breakfest and without rush start to going back same way to the jeep who waiting for us at the Banthanti (starting point of the tour). So, all in all, service, guide, communication with Mr Chandan (manager) was perfect and he also provide us service of Mt. Everest flight and 1 day hike around Kathmandu. Most important is that about any service Mr Chantan tried to make everyone happy and provide us servise that is perfect for our needs and desires! Go with this company, you will not regret!

Rising Adventure put together the perfect tour to see Kathmandu in a day. We requested to see all 7 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and they made it happen. The flexibility of a private driver and tour guide, Kamil, allowed us to explore at our own pace.
Overall, this private tour of Kathmandu's UNESCO World Heritage sites exceeded all expectations. It was a perfect blend of history, culture, and adventure, made possible by the expertise and dedication of our guide, Kamil.
