I wanted a trekking company that offered a trek and a helicopter flight back from basecamp. Rising adventure offered this experience. From the beginning Chandan (owner) picked me up at the airport with warm greetings. He then took me to get some supplies as I was missing some stuff. Raj was my guide and through the days of trekking our friendship grew. Over the 9 days we played games, laughed and trekked at a controlled pace that wouldn’t leave us getting altitude sickness. Great company and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Chandan from the start to the end took care of all the booking and gave the best service he could. He is kind and very helpful in managing our needs. Even though I had lots of question he is patient to answer everything.

Guide Akal and guide raj was very patient even though we are slower than usual. Never did Akal got annoyed. He is very friendly and nice.

Porter Siva ram is very helpful. After he is done dropping our bag. He walks back to look for us offering to carry our day bag. Always smiling face.

Our guide Bhim bahadur was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I got to witness the unreached place of Kathmandu. He took us to four UNESCO sites, spending a relaxed amount of time at each, giving us time to explore on our own after he went through the history and explained the cultural significance of each site.

Me and my wife had little concern about taking a helicopter but felt very safe. Our pilot was most skilled and cooperative with captivating photos and putting us at ease. The breakfast at the Mt. Everest Hotel was delicious. So thankful that the weather cooperated and we were able to go on the most enjoyable morning.

To be honest, I came to Nepal for the Everest Base Camp Trek but ended up trekking Mardi Himal, as I don’t have enough time to travel. As a seasoned traveler, this was one of the most unbelievable incidents I have ever had in my life. Mr. Chandan was so cooperative and even arrived the day earlier to assist me to find a coat! The sights were unlike anything I have ever seen and the breakfast was so yummy. If you prefer to only do one thing in Nepal, choose rising adventure they are way too good and professional.
